I am an Olivier Award winning lighting designer based in the UK, specialising in theatre. Collaboration is at the heart of my work—I believe lighting design is an integral part of storytelling, and I approach each project with the perspective of a dramaturge. By closely analysing text and source material, I shape light as a dynamic, expressive force that enhances narrative, space, and emotion.
My design process is deeply connected to the creative team, ensuring a cohesive vision through active engagement in rehearsals and a shared exploration of the work.
I trained in Lighting Design at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama and am a member of the Association of Lighting Designers. Alongside my own design work, I have collaborated as an Associate Lighting Designer with Paule Constable, Jon Clark, and others.
